FuelCapMultiplier = if it held 100 fuel it'll now hold 100 * this number
FuelRefillMultiplier = if it refilled at 1/second, it'll now go 1*this number per second
StorageMultiplier = store more of the things
AnimalHarvestMultiplier = modify animal harvest
AnimalFeedMoneyMultiplier = modify animal feed costs
HarvestMoneyMult = How much more money/exp you get from trees/flowers/crops
DoFixExploit = Fix the irrigation ribbon exploit?
